On March 23, the English Mixed Martial Arts Association (EMMAA) announced the 2023 edition of the Four Nations Championships. The three-day competition will take place from 14-16 July in the Ebbw Vale Sports Centre, Wales.
The competition will see athletes from England, Ireland, Scotland, and Wales compete in a tournament-style format. Following the success of the junior and senior categories at last year’s event, the competition is expanding to include a youth competition this year.
Many other competitors and medalists from the event went on to represent their nation in IMMAF competition, including 2022 World silver medalist Roan Crocker (Wales) and 2022 European silver medalist Summer Onley were among the athletes who won gold at the last year’s Four Nations Championships.
Applications for Team England are now open and can be found here. Athletes from Ireland, Scotland and Wales interested in competing should contact their national federation or EMMAA for further information.
