Transition from amateur to professional is truly one of the most exciting and challenging moments in an athlete’s career. Join IMMAF’s rescheduled session, Amateur to Pro: What it Takes to Make it in MMA, to get an insight into UFC Performance Institute practices and learn first-hand what is expected from any and every newly signed athlete and his coach.
The original seminar held during 20201 Technical Seminar Week was unfortunately cut short due to technical issues. Amasinger is expected to cover the make-up of a successful MMA competitor and speak of the importance of assessment, establishing fundamentals and individualising training programmes for athletes. He will continue to detail the the UFC PI assessment model and the pathway through a UFC PI fight camp training programme, and there will be an opportunity for questions and answers.
This session is exclusively for members, certified coaches and officials,
