Job Role:
The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the development of IMMAF member services and the key point of contact for IMMAF member federations. Some of the job responsibilities include:
- Key point of contact for IMMAF member federations
- Providing support and advice to member federations
- Processing new member applications and due diligence
- Member tracking and auditing
- Development of member services and associated documentation and administration
- Managing IMMAF Championships applications and related team communications
- Supporting the work of the CEO
Skills required:
- Fluent English speaker
- Excellent literacy skills
- Excellent people skills
- Ability to plan and manage projects through to completion
- Ability to coordinate between different experts and groups
- Diplomacy
- Self-motivation and initiative
- Technical knowledge of MMA – regulation and various rule sets.
- Passion and desire to succeed
- Ability to work hard as part of a small team
- Experienced using Microsoft Office and Email
