IMMAF is offering the opportunity for those passionate about the environment and sustainable futures to audit and provide policy recommendations for the responsible, sustainable organisation of MMA competitions.
The legacy project will form the basis for future sustainable development projects and opportunities at IMMAF, in an area of growing significance both in and outside of sport. Participants can expect to gain valuable experience and access to consultancy from IMMAF’s world-leading expert committee and commission members.
- Volunteers (3) to participate in the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation’s new Sustainability Taskforce
- The purpose of the Taskforce is to, in collaboration with the IMMAF Events Team, conduct a Sustainability Review and develop a Sustainability Recommendations, based on the UN’s 17 Sustainability Development Goals, for implementation in the organisation of IMMAF Competitions in 2021
- Timeframe: 6 -week project commencing 31 August. All meetings will be held online
- Applicants should ideally have proven policy development experience in and a passion for environmental matters (for indoor sport events)
