IMMAF champion Cornelia Holm joins Intensiti Fighter Management

By IMMAF.org lead writer, Jorden Curran IMMAF World and European Open champion Cornelia Holm (pictured above, left) has confirmed to IMMAF.org a deal to link up with MMA athlete representatives, Intensiti Fighter Management. The exciting career move further highlights the pathway and opportunities that can open up for amateur mixed martial artists on the IMMAF platform. Intensiti Fighter Management (IFM) is a mixed martial arts (MMA) management company that represents fighters in all business matters concerning the media, sponsors, merchandising, matchmaking and co-ordination of all fight and fighter related issues. Over the years IFM has represented and guided the careers for many of Europe’s leading MMA talents, including UFC veterans such as Dan Hardy, Ross Pearson and Rosi Sexton. IFM’s current generation of standout clients includes the likes of Arnold Allen, Jack Marshman, Darren Stewart, Jack Hermansson, Pannie Kianzad, Anna Elmose, Niclas Dalby and Tom Breese, plus former IMMAF European Open lightweight champion Jack Shore. Sweden’s Cornelia Holm took over in 2016 as the world’s no.1 ranked amateur bantamweight, winning both the European Open Championships in Prague and the World Championships in Las Vegas where she was presented with the gold medal by MMA legend Minotauro Nogueira. The 28-year-old reached the pinnacle of IMMAF’s international platform earlier this year as she retained the European Open crown in Sofia and ascended to become MMA’s top ranked amateur, pound-for-pound. Holm has remained undefeated since 2015 when she earned the featherweight European Open silver medal and followed up with a streak of 9 victories as a bantamweight in IMMAF international tournaments and Swedish domestic championships, taking her amateur record to 12-3. Holm also revealed plans to compete as a flyweight and commented on the potential speculation of her joining top European MMA promotion, Cage Warriors Fighting Championships, due to the strong connection between CWFC and IFM. “It doesn’t matter [which promotion],” she stated, “the flyweights will all be punished at some point. I’ll happily start with the ones in Cage Warriors! “I think flyweight is a better weight for me. I’m strong in bantamweight but hopefully even stronger and faster in flyweight.” Holm confirmed her intention to turn pro in April of this year.]]>
