Last April IMMAF announced that the Mixed Martial Arts Federation of Singapore (MMAFS) as the latest national governing body to secure membership under the International Mixed Martial Arts Federation umbrella. Established in 2013, MMAFS is now the leading governing body for the sport of MMA in Singapore. 25-year-old Lew represents team Singapore in the nation’s debut appearance at an IMMAF championships competition. He brings the momentum of being a 5-0 undefeated challenger with three submission victories alongside two TKO stoppages. The young Lim Zhen Teng has also made an undefeated start to his amateur career, currently 4-0-1 with a pair of TKO victories and one majority draw when competing overseas in the UK.
