AIMMAA) recently hosted over 100 attendees from 8 states including traditional martial arts black belts from various disciplines at its first Level-1 National Instructor Certification Course. With its own colourful history of martial arts and a population of over 1.2 billion, India boasts great potential in the world of Mixed Martial Arts, and AIMMAA have recognized this with great efforts to bridge the gap between the already established martial artists and the rapidly growing MMA community.
