IMMAF Course Information: International Amateur MMA Referees Certification

th to Sunday, September 13^th 2015 at the University FTVS UK in the beautiful city of Prague, Czech Republic. The event is brought to you in association with the Czech Mixed Martial Arts Association. Taught by top UFC referee and IMMAF Regulatory Affairs Committee member, Marc Goddard, the course will see participants gain valuable theoretical and practical tuition. Those who successfully complete the referees’ training and assessment will gain an IMMAF referees license that renders them eligible to officiate at future IMMAF sanctioned MMA events around the globe. The Prague course will be the first in a series for technical officials, launched as part of IMMAF’s new progression pathways initiative. Participant Fee The cost of taking the International Amateur MMA Referees Certification Course is £175 GDP and will include the following benefits for participants: –

• Course materials (workbook etc)
• Fighters available for mock bouts/sparring during practical’s
• 2-day travel coupons (all public transport) while in Prague
• Daily breakfast, lunch and dinner meals.
• End of course boat dinner and sightseeing trip (via boat) around Prague
• International amateur MMA referees certification

Entry Requirements

• National Level Federation course/ license (in any country) or IMMAF officials certificate
• 2 years officiating experience
• Recommendation letter from national federation

Accommodation Options Participants will have a number of options available to them during their stay but the Czech MMA Association has recommended hotels at which to stay in Prague. Participants will be responsible for booking their own accommodation.
