Unveiling of Progression Scheme and IMMAF Academy to Members to continue on the 24thApril
Journalists Invited to IMMAF media breakfast on 24th April
(London, UK. April 13th 2015) The Commission Française de Mixed Martial Arts (CFMMA) has announced that it will be moving the date of the Paris Press Conference for the unveiling of its first Progression Scheme for Participants of MMA. While the MMA Progression Scheme pilot launch remains scheduled as an IMMAF members and guests event on 24
th April at the Racing Club De France, the press conference is to be rescheduled with dates to be confirmed. This is due to the announcement of a Ministry of Sport event on the same date, and the CFMMA would like to offer every opportunity for French media to attend. Journalists may also attend an informal media breakfast on 24
th with president, Bertrand Amoussou, and Chief Executive Officer, Densign White. The unveiling of the MMA Progression Scheme tallies with the opening of the IMMAF Education Academy, and the commencement of a 3 day International MMA Training Camp that runs from 24
th to 26
th April. The member itinerary for the official launch of the MMA Progression Scheme pilot includes the following:-
- Viewing of the IMMAF Education Academy and athletes in practice at the MMA International Training Camp
- Official unveiling of the scheme to Members
All members are warmly invited to engage in discussions surrounding the development and wider application of scheme. For members unable to attend the Paris event, the scheme will be presented again to all members at the Annual General Meeting where there will be further opportunities for feedback and discussion.
